- Ensures proper delivery of all products and services to customer specifications
- Communicates regularly with customer project and implementation teams
- Partners with business leaders to deliver services supporting company objectives
- Collaborates with Sales, Partner Management, Integration Centers, Finance, and other cross functional teams
- Uses systems and processes to manage and maintain project timelines
- Provides regular data and timeline updates to customers and finance teams
- Communicates regularly with commercial partner management teams
- Follows defined processes and procedures to manage and coordinate execution of all requests and orders
- Reviews all CRM reporting and tracking related to open opportunities
- Works with Account Managers and Inside Sales Managers to create accurate forecasts
