Insideoutva is seeking an Appointment Setting & Operations Specialist to manage inbound and outbound communications, qualify leads, and keep the sales pipeline moving. You’ll handle scheduling estimates, coordinate with the owner and subcontractors, and maintain CRM records with precision.

Ideal candidates are proactive, highly organized, and fluent in English, able to interact with U.S. customers by phone and email, and experienced with home services CRMs.
