Lead and own the Customer Engagement Applications function within the IT Modernisation Programme, aligning the portfolio with business strategy and enabling commercial growth. Oversee a ~38-strong team and partnerships, fostering governance and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Drive the Hexagon Way operating model and ensure platform adoption, performance, and value delivery across Salesforce, CPQ, portals and related digital platforms. This role shapes the commercial technology landscape and contributes to Hexagon’s digital transformation.
