Customer Education & Adoption Lead - Payroll

PaySauce Limited is seeking a dedicated education leader to turn customer education into a strategic asset. You’ll design onboarding nudges, how-to content, videos and in-product guidance, applied across our legacy and new product to empower users and reduce avoidable support.

A big part of the role involves field work with Partnership Managers, running partner webinars and employer education events. You’ll tailor content to diverse small‑business customers, track impact on adoption and
