The Customer Due Diligence Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that all customer applications meet legal and regulatory standards in accordance with the most current Customer Due Diligence Compliance Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and review new and current customer applications and change requests, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
• Conduct in-depth Customer Due Diligence Reviews by analyzing supporting documentation (business licenses, incorporation documents, utility bills, client permits) to verify validity.
• Leverage approved third‑party research tools and databases to validate submitted information and support due diligence decisions.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers via multiple channels to obtain additional documentation, clarification, and address inquiries required by the due diligence process.
