THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Customer Director, you play a critical role in leading Coty Prestige’s largest omnichannel customer portfolio, delivering sustainable net revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving best-in-class commercial execution across Boots and pureplay channels.

You will be reporting to the Senior Sales Director, and you will manage a large, high-performing commercial team across multiple customer groups.

COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP & DELIVERY

Own full P&L accountability across a customer portfolio of nearly £100m

Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and senior-level negotiations with key accounts

Drive profitable net revenue growth, market share and ROI-focused investments

Champion strong commercial fundamentals and decision-making across the business

Act as a senior partner in shaping customer strategy and performance delivery
