Customer Data Steward - TURCA Data Steward is responsible for the management of the data in his/her organization with respect to the Guidelines and Quality rules provided by the Data Domain Owner. The Customer Data Steward is responsible primarily for managing accounts/contacts/consumer objects in the CRM system and customer databases, also she/he is responsible for all other publishers’ customer data management in the customer data layer and coordination with relevant stakeholders (data admins/stewards) from other systems. Main responsibilities: Governance & Ownership Govern the application of business rules (content & process) Owner of the customer data process within his/her perimeter.
