<p><p>You will support initiatives aimed at improving performance visibility, reporting efficiency, and operational insights within the logistics contact centre. Key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing contact centre data (e.g., call volume, response time, resolution rates) to identify trends and areas for improvement.</p><p><br />You will support in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Power BI to track key performance indicators and support real-time decision-making.
