YOUR ROLE
Customer Care Specialist – part‑time (40%) fixed‑term contract covering parental leave and high season until the end of March2027. Working two days a week, primarily handling inquiries from Edenred’s corporate customers by phone and email.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure smooth, reliable service via phone and electronic channels during customer service opening hours.
- Deliver high‑quality, efficient customer service in line with set targets.
- Add value to customer groups and encourage the use of self‑service channels.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities according to targets.
- Directly shape customer experiences as part of the customer care team.
YOUR PROFILE
Previous experience in customer service; fluent in Finnish and English; strong customer‑oriented mindset; goal‑driven; proactive, flexible, responsible and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Quick learner of multiple ...
