Customer Care Specialist – Call Centre, Ubi

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative to manage incoming calls, enter key information into the system, and handle other assigned duties. This role requires a minimum of GCE O Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with alternate Saturdays required from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM or as rostered.
