Accurately enters PO information into the SAP system, following established procedures.Coordinates with the Logistics Department for shipments from local inventory and with Headquarters for direct shipments from China.Manages customs clearance for direct shipments from China.Provides timely updates to customers regarding shipment status through to delivery.Responds promptly to all customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring full resolution.Tracks customer complaints and follows up to ensure satisfactory settlement.Supports additional projects and initiatives as required.Performs other duties as assigned.Required skillsBachelor's degree in business, logistics or related fie...
