**Customer Care & Retention Representative****Location**: On-site at Av.P.
o Río San Miguel 75-Planta Alta, Proyecto Río Sonora Hermosillo XXI, Hermosillo, Son.
**Compensation**: Up to $5,000 monthly ($4,000 base + $1,000 performance bonus)**Schedules**:- **Full-Time**: $5,000 weekly pay, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, two days off (Tuesday & Wednesday OR Wednesday & Thursday).
- **Part-Time**: $4,000 weekly pay, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, three days off (Thursday, Friday & Saturday).
**Key Responsibilities**:- Retain customers by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Use negotiation skills to turn cancellations into saves.
- Manage high volumes of customer interactions efficiently.
**Qualifications**:- Advanced English proficiency.
- 1+ years of similar experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills; typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
