Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end order management process, from order entry to delivery
- Process and maintain customer orders in SAP (order entry, invoicing, credits, returns)
- Handle purchase orders, credit/debit notes and customer requests
- Maintain communication with customers, including US stakeholders (written communication)
- Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely delivery
