Customer Care Representative

Halton Hills Hydro Inc. is currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Care Representative. This position reports to the Customer Care Manager and is responsible for all aspects of customer service including billing and relocation inquiries (by telephone, email, letter, fax or in person), collections, deposits and work orders.

Duties

• Handle incoming customer inquiries (via telephone, website and in person);
• Collection duties and Customer correspondence for residential and commercial accounts;
• Run work orders and organize for meter reader and billing;
• Understand rates for hydro and water;
• Plan, organize, and monitor 4,000 budget customers for spring and fall reconciliation;
• Review inactive balance report and process bankruptcies;
• Report water to Halton Region, while tracking payments and balances for final accounts;
