Are you passionate about customer service, highly organised, and looking to join an international company where no two days are the same?

We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Care & Operations Executive to join our Barcelona office on a full‑time self‑employed (autónomo/freelance contractor) basis.

This is a varied role combining customer service, logistics, administration, and office operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both working with people and managing operational tasks.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting customers via telephone, email and live chat
  
• Preparing quotations and providing product information
  
• Processing customer orders and following cases through to completion
