About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our Operations team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order‑to‑delivery process while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will act as the key link between customers, supply chain partners, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and uphold service excellence.
- Manage end-to-end order processing from order placement to delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external customers
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics (3PL), and transporters to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, disputes, and issue resolution
