Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Customer Care Champion working within our Otisline Contact Center Team, based in Leicester. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
**Role Objective:**
To act as the primary support to Otis Key Account managers interfacing between our key account customers, Engineers and Field Service Managers to ensure attainment of account specific KPIs.
