Reporting to the Site Manager, the Customer Care Associate plays a key role in supporting parking operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This includes assisting customers with parking facilities, resolving inquiries, and maintaining operational standards.

Employment Details
Employment: Full-time. Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Compensation: $18.77/hr.

- Provide on-site customer assistance and guidance
