The Customer Care Associate role is a temporary contractor assignment located in Mississauga, Canada, and focuses on enhancing the customer experience through prompt and thoughtful service.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process, release, and track orders across all available platforms.
- Stay current on products, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with customers and internal partners to answer questions on product availability and ETA, and resolve complex inquiries.
- Use multiple tools and resources to resolve inquiries within defined service standards.
- Identify and report trends in client concerns, and make recommendations to improve service experience.
- Recommend and initiate resolutions within guidelines.
