The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows:
- You will answer calls and respond to emails to customers and dealers.
- You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query.
- You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction.
- You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.
