Customer Adoption Engineer - Spain

We are looking for a Customer Adoption Engineer who will serve as the quarterback for the end‑customer account post‑sale, combining architectural knowledge of the BMC Helix solution with strong relationship, coordination, and executive engagement skills to guide our customers through the full post‑sale lifecycle.

The annual base salary range for this position is €51,975 – €86,625, with additional variable components and local benefits as part of the total compensation package.

Account Quarterback and Ecosystem Coordination

• Serve as the single, accountable point of contact for the end customer across all BMC Helix touchpoints post‑sale, including in partner‑led accounts.
