Documentation & Record Keeping: Accurately update customer information in Airtable, Uber, and internal trackers; ensure customers are marked Registered & Ready for Training.
Onboarding Support: Guide customers through onboarding, upload required documents, and address inquiries for a smooth experience.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified customers and track their progress to avoid drop -offs.
Cross -Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Maintenance, Validation, and Training teams for seamless customer handovers.
