In this pivotal role reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, you will leverage your 3-5 years of brokerage experience to negotiate rates and facilitate seamless intermodal and LTL services. You'll develop SOPs for each account, manage customer communications, and work with dedicated sales resources to push business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key customer relationships with a growth-oriented mindset
• Negotiate rates for FTL, LTL, and intermodal services
• Develop and implement SOPs for managed accounts
• Provide pricing for transactional business and proposals

Requirements:
• BA or BS Degree preferred
