The Assistant Property Custodian is responsible for supporting the management, monitoring, safekeeping, and documentation of company assets, equipment, tools, furniture, and supplies. The role ensures accurate inventory records, proper asset utilization, and compliance with company policies regarding property accountability and asset control.
Key Responsibilities
Asset and Inventory Management
- Assist in maintaining an updated inventory of all company-owned assets and properties.
- Record acquisitions, transfers, issuances, returns, and disposals of company assets.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and asset verification activities.
- Tag and monitor company equipment, tools, furniture, and other fixed assets.
