Position Summary
As a member of the Ciena Learning team, you will lead the development of engaging, state‑of‑the‑art learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor‑led courses, and on‑demand resources for customers, partners, and internal audiences. You will manage technical training projects, work directly with hardware and software engineers to identify learning outcomes, and collaborate with course developers to produce learning products.
