We are seeking a Curriculum Designer / Head of Curriculum Design to architect the end-to-end learning journey across different learning tracks and career guidance journeys for students aged 14-18.
This is a strategic role responsible for ensuring coherence, progression, assessment logic and learner experience across:
- General skills
- Foundational learning
- Simulations
- Projects
You will work closely with instructional designers, content vendors, AI teams and platform teams to ensure the curriculum is learner-centric and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Architecture & Strategy
- Design and own the curriculum framework across different pathways
- Define progression logic from exploration, application, insight
- Ensure alignment between freemium and premium learning layers
- Design entry, exit and pivot pathways for students
