Responsibilities: - Work with cross functional teams to develop and coordinate corrective actions on controls to address needed changes to current product controls.
- Own current product design changes.
Identify the root cause of the problem, develop the solution, track the release of design/manufacturing documentation, and coordinate builds to implement the solution into production.
- Implement structured root cause analysis tools and documentation processes.
- Develop and maintain issue tracking and status reporting tools for Sustaining Engineering Activities.
- Develop and implement plans to update regulatory agency certification to accommodate required design changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related degree.
- Minimum 7 years of related experience.
- Technical knowledge of product design, failure analysis, and structured problem solving tools.
- Fluent in English
- Valid US Visa
