The Culture & Talent Lead is a strategic role responsible for shaping and driving organizational culture towards a high-performance, agile and inclusive environment. This position plays a key role in fostering diversity, embedding agile ways of working and ensuring the development of capabilities required for current and future business.
Responsibilities
Lead cultural transformation initiatives to build a more inclusive, collaborative and high-performing organization, including the design and implementation of leadership frameworks, change management strategies and internal communication plans
Champion the adoption and scaling of agile methodologies across the organization, with particular focus on OKR-based ways of working, providing coaching, facilitating key rituals and enabling leadership alignment
