This full-time position, based at NAIT’s Main Campus, reports to the Procurement Coordinator and collaborates with Stockkeepers. Duties entail accurate data entry, communication with instructors, and overseeing food deliveries. Your contributions are vital for maintaining quality and ensuring all food-related products are properly handled and recorded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and check food products against orders and invoices
• Ensure quality acceptance or returns of products and report discrepancies
• Perform routine storage and shipping duties in stock areas
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update records
• Clean and organize receiving and storage areas
