JOB OVERVIEW:

Basic Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • A specialization course or Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Key Responsibilities

    The Intern will be assigned to the Kitchen Department and will gain a comprehensive understanding of department management through the following activities:

  • Menu engineering and optimization.
  • Analysis and evaluation of food costs.
  • Preparation of weekly schedules for the kitchen and stewarding departments.
  • Kitchen staff management, including task coordination and vacation planning.
  • Management of departmental correspondence and the Executive Chef’s schedule and commitments.
