Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to Barranco’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist with prep before service and cleaning after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to inventory management and report restocking needs to the chef.
Skills & Qualifications
