Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to Barranco’s recipes and standards.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution of orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Assist with prep before service and cleaning after service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to inventory management and report restocking needs to the chef.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or catering setting (required).
