The group is experiencing a deep transformation due to its exponential growth. This pivotal moment requires both agility through change and experience in project management to support the need for a strong technological and digital transformation.

The purpose of this role is to lead the groups integral technology strategy, unifying platforms, processes, data, and technology culture, while driving innovation, professionalization, and the responsible and secure use of emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics, all in service of the business.

Reporting line: This role reports directly to the Head of Operations.
