CTO (AI fintech - Remote)

We are seeking a hands‑on CTO to lead the technology strategy, product engineering, and AI innovation roadmap for a high‑growth fintech SaaS business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable platforms, launching AI‑powered products, and leading engineering teams through rapid growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering).
• Proven experience building and scaling fintech SaaS products from 0→1.
• Track record of launching AI/ML‑powered solutions into production.
• Strong expertise in cloud‑native SaaS architectures, APIs, and modern DevOps/MLOps practices.
• Hands‑on experience in fintech domains such as payments, lending, wealth management, insurance, or banking‑as‑a‑service.
