Your tasks
Answer Local HR queries, analyzing and making the requested changes in the SAP system, ensuring data quality, as well as managing the queries with the requester.
Perform calculations and necessary reviews for employee payments, checking data received from the location, payment history and current legislation.
- Manage service tickets under your responsibility, aiming to attend pre-defined SLA’s
- Perform data updates in the payroll system, as requested by local HR, analyzing tickets raised, aiming to provide quality service and within the established deadline.
- Check if the data is registered according to requests and business rules.
- Perform Time Maganement activities according legislation and business rules
- Calculate and validate terminations and vacation payments, analyzing system data and data provided by the local HR, in order to guarantee the payment according business rules/requests and current legislation;
