• Execute the full CSV lifecycle, including Risk Assessments, Traceability Matrices, IQ, OQ, PQ, validation protocols, and final validation reports for PLC and SCADA systems.
• Qualify PLCs, I/O systems, HMI terminals, SCADA servers, workstations, industrial networks, switches, and virtualized environments, ensuring compliance within GMP‑regulated facilities.
• Validate PLC control logic (Ladder Logic, FBD, Structured Text, and SFC) as well as SCADA functionality including HMI graphics, alarm management, historian integration, audit trails,...
