Your main responsibilities
- Answer customer chats from Grundfos website and Grundfos Product Center.
- Answer transferred calls from Grundfos local sites.
- Guide customers to the required information (literature, where-to-buy, service parts, spec sheets, warranty information, pricing, etc.) and/or routing them to Grundfos’ partners.
- Create self-help templates for customers to be loaded into chatbot.
- Work closely with Sales Engineers and Customer Sales & Support Center to serve the customers.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- Minimum 3 years of technical background.
- Fluent in English language both spoken and written.
