We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representatives – Retail Account

Location:

Fontera Verde, Ortigas, Pasig (Formerly Known as Tiendesitas) – Silver City 2

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Address inquiries, order concerns, and account-related issues for a Retail account
• Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up
• Maintain quality service and a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• At least 6 months Call Center experience in an International Voice Account, OR
• No Call Center Experience required, but must have strong English proficiency and communication skills
• Retail account experience is a plus
• Willing to complete same-day onsite process after passing the phone pre-screening
• Amenable to work 100% onsite
