Basic Functions

Responsible for supporting the Team Leader in terms of coaching, supervising, and monitoring team members’ performance. Collaborate and provide support to the team members to attain the set target aligned with the client’s required service level.

1. Facilitates Paylink Queue as needed and instructed by Supervisor
2. Facilitates Members Availment
3. Screens and assess coverage or non coverage of availment (for readily-coverage or non-coverage cases.)
