Responsibilities

• Assist customers via calls or email regarding account inquiries, billing concerns, and transaction support
• Provide accurate and timely information to resolve issues effectively
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
• Document and update customer records in the system
• Follow company policies and quality standards
• High School Graduate (Senior High or equivalent)
• At least 1 year BPO experience in banking, finance, or billing accounts
