We are seeking an experienced CSA Lead to take full responsibility for the delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on a large-scale data center construction project . The CSA Lead is a key member of the project leadership team and is accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance of the CSA scope from early works through handover.
The role leads and coordinates a dedicated CSA team and works closely with MEP, Commissioning, Commercial, and HSE functions.
Key Responsibilities
- CSA Scope Leadership: overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of all CSA works; ensure CSA activities align with project schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements; act as the main point of contact for CSA matters with Project Management and the Client.
