Responsibilities

• Oversee daily settlement of Coins.ph on‑chain transactions (deposits and withdrawals), including transaction processing, service monitoring, and incident reporting and handling.
• Monitor and analyze weekly KPIs, identify gaps and improvement points, and implement strategies to provide excellent customer experience.
