Responsibilities
- Oversee daily settlement of Coins.ph on‑chain transactions (deposits and withdrawals) – including transaction processing, service monitoring, and incident reporting and handling.
- Monitor and analyze weekly KPIs, identify gaps and points for improvement, and implement strategies to provide excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams if any crypto deposit/withdrawal issues arise.
- Assist the Customer Experience team in handling and resolving escalated crypto deposit/withdrawal concerns and issues.
- Perform other related duties and ad‐hoc tasks as may be required from time to time.
- Be amenable to work on weekends and holidays.
- Be amendable to work on mid‑shift or night shift.
