Lead technology operations support for the Crypto Security Platform, resolving complex technical challenges to ensure platform security and resilience.
Serve as a Level 3 escalation point, troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to the Crypto Security Platform.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including self-service libraries, best practices, configuration runbooks, playbooks, and incident/problem management guides.
