About The Role
The Crusher Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, supervising and coordinating crushing crews, truckers, QC, and sub-contractors. The Lead Hand ensures high-quality material production, meeting required specifications, and completing projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with mining and environmental regulations.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Lead and supervise the crushing crew to ensure effective and efficient operations.
