CRO Specialist (Post-Purchase / Shopify)

About the role

We're a fast-growing conversion rate optimization agency that helps Shopify e-commerce brands increase revenue per visitor through post-purchase funnels and checkout optimization. 

We've worked with some of the biggest brands in the space, like True Classic, Portland Leather, Ancestral Supplements, and over 200 other brands and need a hands-on CRO specialist to take ownership of building and testing across a portfolio of accounts.

This is a builder-and-strategist role. You'll work closely with our lead strategist, who sets direction and reviews results, while you handle the bulk of the building and run your own tests within that framework. If you know CRO inside and out, can move fast in AfterSell and Shopify, and like owning your own experiments,understand UX and UI design this is for you.
