Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and data‑driven Sr. Specialist, CRM to lead the development, execution, and optimization of CRM initiatives across our multiple B2B & DTC business units. This role will be pivotal in executing targeted customer engagement and retention strategies through email marketing, segmentation, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop customer engagement strategies that align with business goals, plan targeted lifecycle campaigns, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CRM initiatives support broader marketing and sales objectives.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Develop, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns; A/B test subject lines, content, and send times; monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions, adjusting strategies accordingly.
