At Metro Markets, CRM plays a central role in how we build long-term customer relationships, increase engagement, and drive sustainable revenue across multiple European markets. CRM also covers reputation management, including customer feedback and NPS-related communication, making it a key touchpoint throughout the customer journey. 
We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our CRM team and help elevate our customer communication to the next level — with a strong focus on advanced analytics, experimentation, technical CRM execution, and scalable automation. 
In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing teams, product, tech, data, commercial stakeholders, and country teams. You’ll own CRM automations across all customer lifecycle stages, end-to-end, and actively shape how CRM supports acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, and reputation management at scale.
