QbD Group is scaling its commercial engine, and we need the operational backbone to match our growth ambitions. As CRM & Sales Operations Lead, you sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution. You will be directly supporting the CCO and owning the systems, processes, and data that make the sales and marketing engine run.
You’ll own the GTM tech stack, shape how we use data to drive pipeline decisions, and be the go-to person who ensures HubSpot is not just maintained but genuinely leveraged.
You’ll have real proximity to commercial leadership and strategic decisions. The CCO will rely on you directly, which means your work will be visible and impactful from day one.
