Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM QA Tester with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating CRM functionalities, business processes, integrations, and custom developments across Dynamics 365 modules. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience working closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to ensure testability.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
