CRM Manager (ManyChat) at Ruby Labs

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to own lifecycle marketing and conversational automation at one of our projects. Anchored in ManyChat, you will build and optimize multi‑channel messaging flows — across Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs — to drive player activation, retention, and reactivation. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thinks in funnels, obsesses over open rates, and can turn data into revenue‑generating automation.

Key Responsibilities

• ManyChat Ownership — Build, manage, and continuously optimize ManyChat flows across Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Own the full automation architecture from lead capture to conversion and retention.
• Lifecycle Strategy — Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies covering activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation across all CRM channels.
